Cover Letter Strategies

You see the advert..you read with excitement and think “this is the job for me!”

Your cover letter needs to communicate your competencies, skills and experiences all linked to the job.  No…it does not need to be 2 pages, but written in such a way that it captures the interest of the hiring manager and supports your résumé.

Expectations

It’s not everyday you receive an invite soliciting responses geared towards improving a product (or do you?) ….smiles.

Resume Building

As a Recruiter, there are specific times throughout the year when recruiting activities ‘peak’ – generally at the beginning of the year, the middle of the year, and towards the end.
